* Neem de [[Yoga - beginhouding|beginhouding]] aan. Trek de voeten zo strak mogelijk tegen het [[perineum]] aan<br />
* Ga op je linkerknie zitten, rechterbeen gebogen naar voren. Zorg dat de knieën in 90 graden staan en beide voeten in 1 lijn. <br />
* Buig met rechte rug naar voren en zet spanning op de rechtervoet welk plat op de grond rust.<br />
* Til de rechterhak op en buig verder naar voren, bouw de spanning op.<br />
* Beweeg gelijkmatig naar achteren totdat je rust op je linkervoet, de rechtervoet volledig op de grond. Dit rustmoment duurt kort. De armen raken niet de grond.<br />
* Ga zonder hupje gelijkmatig weer naar voren. <br />
* Doe dit in totaal 3 maal.<br />
* Ga andersom zitten en doe het nogmaals 3 maal.<br />
* Belangrijk is dat de armen niet meedoen en dat alles gelijkmatig gaat.<br />
